A new year is upon us! Like we do at the beginning of every year, we always consider what direction Portal will go for the next twelve months.
However, the adult world is a terrifying and time-consuming place. Gone are the carefree days of high school and undergrad, only to be replaced with the scary notion of job security, taxes, and graduate studies.

It's a little weird - the last time we wrote an entry was for TnT last year.
This year was an incredible test for us. We tried to change the way we organize things, to focus more on evenly distributing the work load and to deliver the best possible performance we could give.
Last summer, Lizzie mentioned to Laura she wanted to cosplay Ty Lee and Laura offered to be Mai. That same week, Laura mentioned it to Sarah and Callie when Callie revealed that she and Buckle had a long standing agreement to be each other's Zuko and Azula whenever Buckle was ready to make Zuko's Book III outfit. As always, our post-con report.
This year was a little different from past years. For the first time, Buckle was not around to lead us into the final stretch of days leading up to the convention. She and Deanna arrived in town Thursday night just in time for our final practice before dress rehearsal.
We went to con on Friday at a leisurely pace, with all of us except for Lizzie and Luke dressed in regular clothing. That day, Lizzie was Alice from Heart no Kuni no Alice and Luke was Elysium from Soul Calibur V. Nuds also appeared as Vaas from Far Cry 3.
